A factual and fictional look back to the turbulent past of the LGBTQ+ community on the Island. We will be showing two short films “Before You Go” by Lily Dommart and “Closet” by John Craine, as well as the short documentary from 1991 by Sir Ian McKellen “The Rites of Man”, before inviting some of the filmmakers, Stonewall co-founders Lisa Power and Lord Michael Cashman, Alan Shea, LGBT rights campaigner and founding member of the Ellan Vannin gay group, to take part in a Q&A panel hosted by Beth Espey and Christy DeHaven.

Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
